Our legal basis for this processing is your consent. We use a double opt-in process: after submitting the subscription form, you must confirm your email address using the link in the confirmation email. You will not become an active subscriber until this confirmation has been completed.

We record information needed to administer and demonstrate your subscription, including your email address, subscription status, the date and time of registration and confirmation, the version of the consent information presented to you, and an anonymised IP address where technically recorded by our newsletter system.

We do not use individual newsletter open tracking, click tracking or behavioural profiling for marketing purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are managed using The Newsletter Plugin, which stores subscriber information in our WordPress database. Newsletter emails are transmitted using our configured email provider, Apple iCloud Mail. These systems process information only as required to manage subscriptions and deliver the requested emails.

We retain your active subscription information for as long as you remain subscribed. If you withdraw your consent, we stop sending marketing emails. We may retain a limited record of the withdrawal for as long as reasonably necessary to honour your opt-out and demonstrate compliance with applicable requirements.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You may also contact us using the contact details provided in this Privacy Policy.
